Natalie Clever – Designer
Natalie’s love for design and color developed at an early age. In school, she spent her time taking art and watercolor painting classes. She started her college education with a focus in accounting but quickly decided it was not the creative path she wanted. This led her to pursue a career in interior design. She graduated from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts in York, Pennsylvania earning an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design.
In 2014, she earned an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer (AKBD) certificate from the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
Prior to joining the J&D Kitchen Distributors team in 2019, Natalie worked for an independent interior designer. After 2 years, she moved on to work at a “big box” home improvement store where she spent 12 years as a kitchen and bath designer. This is where she fell in love with this specialized area of the home as well as gaining experience with all aspects of home improvement.
Natalie is a detail-oriented designer who works closely with her clients throughout the selection and design process to ensure that the completed project reflects the client’s personality, needs and budget. She loves to help her clients create spaces that they will love and enjoy.
Lisa Staley – Designer
Lisa joined J&D Kitchens in 2015 and has been working in residential design and remodeling for over 25 years.
Lisa has a passion for design and enjoys the fact that every project is different, and every client is different. Her goal is to design the perfect space that meets the clients’ specific needs, style and budget. Taking a project from concept through design development and witnessing it come to life is a rewarding and inspiring experience.
The use of high-quality materials and the execution of a well-planned project is what sets the J&D Team apart from an competition.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.

Kelli Nunnally – Designer
Kelli Nunnally has been working in the Kitchen and Design field for over 27 years and has been here at J & D Kitchen since 2013. She loves her job and especially loves to see her clients’ vision come to life!
Kelli has a bachelor’s degree in Interion Design from West Virginia university and worked in several areas of this field before finding her niche in Kitchen and Bath Design. The combination of space planning, functionality of design and creating a beautiful space are the parts of this job that she loves the most. A good challenge of a small or difficult kitchen makes her creative juices flow and presenting new ideas to a customer makes this job so very worthwhile. But seeing the finished product in a beautiful new space and the look of excitement on her client’s faces are the reasons she still loves this work!
Kelli has been married for over 40 years, has 2 grown children and 2 Grandchildren that make life outside of the office never dull. Reading and traveling are her passions. She is very involved in 2 book clubs as well as a recent member of the Soroptimist International group in Hagerstown, MD. The Home Builders Association of Washington County holds a special place in her heart as she has been a member for over 20 years, served as President from 2013-2014, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors and Home Show Committee.
